View Full Version : Anyone work with some nut cases
I overheard I guy at work say he was training for an apocalypse. I facetiously asked "Zombie Apocalypse?". He said any kind but then two other guys started on about which weapons are better for killing zombies. They passionately argued over a machete and a hatchet. I was laughing so hard to myself. Thats the best these IDtenT's can come up with. And they are high half the time, not surprising since its Boulder
You don't ever mess around and have fun at work?
I work with an actual nut case. She is far and beyond what you just described.
machete is a great backup but I prefer to drop my zombies at longer distances.
The guys that talk about what weapons they're gonna use in the apocalypse are the normal ones at my job...

Hell yes! If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

+1. But you don't have to reload a machete for those CQB situations.

We had some downtime at work the other day and filled out these (http://img192.imageshack.us/img192/9991/1276687078392.jpg) with only what we have in our houses.
So I guess I am a crazy one as well.
No thanks on the machete it could stick in flesh and bone, then you would need to pry it out. This would be my melee of choice (weighs about 5 lbs approx 2.5' long).

Anyone work with some nut cases?
Yes, my co-workers. [Whacko]
I bet several of us here might be considered nut cases by other employees.
to each his own.
do you consider people who live in a tree to save it nut cases?
do you consider the hippies in boulder who wander around chanting and waving their arms nut cases?
everyone is nuts, some of us are just a more sane nut case!
My melee weapon for zombie invasion would be a stolen police car. [PoPo]

+1 for seeing it from another perspective
H.
I try to keep a low profile at work, which in turn probably makes people think I'm a nut case. Damned if you damned if you don't I say.
I'm pretty sure my boss is a whacko...er..wait...I work for myself....nevermind....[Stooge]

It's been a long time since I've seen a bona fide zombie around Bailey. I don't really count the transient hippies I see wandering through town on occasion.
It may be time to organize a hunt.

That's from the 334th pressing of the manual, the latest manual it's on page 39, section A, subsection R. Keep current, would you? [M2]
