Paneer on the left & eggplant on the right. Before that was chicken & corn on the cob.

I'm just not a big fan of cooking, plus the ex took my old BBQ & I was in no rush to replace it. However, I'm digging this grilling thing. :)

I've never heard of paneer before so I looked it up...

Milk & buttermilk are the only ingredients, eh? Interesting dish. What's the flavor like?

I bet we grill 5 to 6 times a week. I have cooked everything on our grill. I even cook our turkey on Thanksgiving on the grill. I've baked cakes on the grill, cook pizza all the time on the grill.

I grill anything and everything I can.

Always figure if I have to ask what it is, my interest level drops significantly. [ROFL2]

Just had to do it, didn't you? Simply because I'm stuck waaay over here, and not a smoker in sight...sigh.

At least we have a grill! And the occasional trip to Germany so we can bring back ribeyes...I've heard goat is good but I'm not willing to replace steak with goat, quite yet...[ROFL1] Meat around here could have been almost anything...not many dogs roaming around.

Guess I'm one of those that grills all year round. I'll even shovel a path to it in the winter.

I've had saag paneer but that is about it. Never though of grilling it.

Good grilling! [Beer]

I'm with you. BBQ is nothing like grilling.

We'll probably do some steaks tonight and then maybe a pork shoulder this weekend. Cooking outdoors can't be beat.

I wonder if you BBQ tofu if you can pull it off the bone like pork.

Can you get a smoke ring in tofu? I just threw up a little bit thinking about that.

That photo of mine was 65 lbs. of pork shoulders that I did for a benefit poker run we were involved with. That was some goooood pig!

And yeah, I grill all year long too. I'll shovel out to the grill and light it, the heat melts the snow off the grill.

I'm a noob. :)

I talk big but I just started smoking meats about a month ago. Ohh, that's going to be title worthy.

If you ever have 12+ hours of free time, get a cheap Brinkmann smoker and do a pork shoulder. It makes the difference between grilling and BBQ pretty evident.

I built meself a Bubba Smokehouse. Still need to put doors on it and paint it so the weather doesn't ruin it. But the wheels are great, I can keep it stashed in the corner of the patio by the back door, then roll it out to the middle for cooking. Two casters lock, so it doesn't move around. The cabinet keeps the wind from messing with the fire and temp too much.
