Could be. The $3k figure was also over 3 years. But the university's health care plan does cover birth control for purposes other than preventing pregnancy. It sounds better if the price is for condoms, but the main point is still that she said she should be able to have sex and the tax payer should cover the cost of her cond..., I mean "reproductive health choices". And if the condoms fail, we should also pay for her abort..., I mean "reproductive health choices".
