Trying to trap a wild cat we have been feeding.

I set a trap with some wet food so I can take this Cat to the Humane society. I have been feeding it since it was a Kitten and do not want it to starve when I leave. Is there anything I can put in the trap the Cat will not resist? I tried wet and dry food but he will not go into the trap, same trap as the Humane society uses. Thanks

If it is a truly feral cat you are probably not it's only source of food. Let it be. It will survive as long as it needs to.

I was going to make a smart-aleck remark about you not being FIRM enough to handle the situation (okay, I just did) but I hope you've learned a lesson about feeding wild animals. It's almost never in their best interests and may well lead to an increase in population of feral animals. In this case, I'm with everyone else that said go ahead and leave, let it be. It will more than likely figure out how to survive without you -- and taking it to the Humane Society is a certain death sentence.
