finally got mine sent out earlier this week. Have printed plenty for other friends that put them at their businesses or places of work. So there should be plenty out there. (i hope)

I have enough paper to print about 400 more. Want me to do it?
Let me check back with the LGS's I handed the postcards out to in a couple days and see if our strategery is working. I'll let you know.

Bump. Still holding off until there's a need for more cards.

I can print some from this side of town if needed. I bought a 250 stack of post card stock, still have most of it left.
If anyone can get me a quick list of all our colorado state officials I'll print up postcards just for them.
Thanks!

I guess I'm questioning if they receive emails constantly from the same folks if they toss them or count them? (elected officials)
Anyone have any insight on that?
I know, just keep emailing them anyway. :)
I'm changing gears and just sending to local people.

I have a ream of cardstock I am willing to donate to the cause.
Irving- Dont restrict it to the locals. We have to turn up the heat all the way around.

Thanks but I'm looking for the state government not the federal reps. Sorry, should have clarified.

Has anyone gotten or seen any feedback or results from these? Im feeling kinda ignored... like the elected officials just are not paying attention.

I don't think we will see any feedback since there's no return address on most versions. The responses they send in email and printed correspondence are just a form letter. Personally I don't want to hear their BS spin anyway. I'd just like to remind them that they swore an oath and that they are public servants.

As for local representatives--has anybody compiled of list of for, against and the fence sitters?
I want to customize some of my emails/cards such as:
Those who are Pro 2A, "thank you for supporting the 2A and you have my support"
Those who are anti-2A, "I strongly oppose your position on gun control and you do not have my support" (lets not kid ourselves...I'm not going to change Rhonda Fields opinion)
However, those on the fence, I want to take a bit more time to illustrate my points and while they probably won't read it, I want to include a list of websites/research that illustrates that GC doesn't work.
I'm compiling my list when I get some free time but I'm having to go back and dig from memory so if anybody has anything they can add, feel free to PM me or post it up.
Long but I always liked this one: http://www.law.harvard.edu/students/orgs/jlpp/Vol30_No2_KatesMauseronline.pdf
Dispels the 40% myth: http://www.nationalreview.com/articles/338735/40-percent-myth-john-lott
I want to send to our local state reps -- e.g. the folks in Denver. I really don't want to just send everything to:
Colorado State Capitol
200 East Colfax
Denver CO 80203
Is there something better? I wish I would have kept those orange cards that the NRA sent me (I mailed mine off) -- they had different addresses on them.
