I am going to try to catch the segment tonight at 1:00 am. The show was cut short because of the coverage of the Daytona 500, but the ticker said they would be playing it at 01:00 AM on 02/25, and I am curious what he had to say.
Did anyone else see this on any of the cable variants of CBS, that may not have ran the race coverage over the interview?

Found it online, haven't had a chance to watch it, but the description for the video doesn't give me warm fuzzies.

He's on from somewhere in the 4:45 minute mark being asked about the 3 gun laws at fed level. Assault weapon ban, hi cap mags, universal background checks. He states that first and foremost is mental health, then goes on to only cite that 1,000 felons tried to get background checks, out of 320,000 and 100 warrants were issued. He was cut off before the 7 min and the rest of the show was mostly about video games.
TL;DR He brought up mental health, UBC's.

Currently watching it, I find that irritating that we aren't getting more information. I was hoping to hear his position on standard capacity magazines. I am still hoping that he wants to get re-elected and will squash magazine limitations if it gets to his desk.
Wet dreams. It's a politician on tv.

Meh, it devolved completely into a conversation about desensitization of society to violence and violent acts. Which isn't a bad point of discussion, but when you can fairly easily track down a video of someone being beheaded or someone torturing animals, what people are exposed to in video games and movies pales in comparison.

Hick could care less about getting re-elected. L&P forum has a few topics on why he has bigger fish to fry.
