Came very close to disrespecting a woman

So, it was my turn to get the groceries so I headed out to Walmart with my mask in hand. After filling the cart full of stuff and barely being able to breathe, I headed to the register where I would unload everything I just loaded, scan and bag it all myself, and load it all back into the cart so I can take it out to the car and unload it all from the cart and into my vehicle so I can go home and unload it all again and put it away.

Anyhow, the whole process/experience generally puts me in a foul mood.

I get to the self checkout and this (insert your favorite derogatory word for a female) is doing her entire checkout process with one hand so that she doesn?t have to put her stupid phone down. And from what I could tell from her side of the conversation it was absolutely unimportant and she was just having a casual conversation with some sort of acquaintance about absolutely nothing.

I should have just snatched her phone and stomped on it.

I hope she gets cancer.

Should have told her put a little jiggle in that over grown jelly roll and hurry the F#$% up. But thats just me and the exact reason why my wife doesn't make me go grocery shopping.

My particular Walmart has a bunch of renegades that cut in line while yapping away on their phone, using it as an 'excuse' to 'not notice' anyone.

Get get their app, Ray. Put in the food you want into the cart, schedule the pickup and drive up, open the trunk and they put it in for you. I’ve gone grocery shopping a dozen times this way and it’s the best.

If they substitute something, it’s a bigger version usually for free.
