not sure if you can, if you don't have the disks.
Just use the keycode (but you need the key) and you should be fine as long as its the same version (home, pro, etc).

It has been quite some time since I did something similar. Google on finding the license key in the registry and you will need install media. Otherwise it is fairly complicated to move instance of MS Office.
These days OpenOffice has gotten pretty darn good and is a viable alternative.
Its all about the CD key (MS product activation key). A MS Office 2007 key entitles you to installation on a home PC and a laptop. So you can legally do both. They don't want you to have it on 2 PC or 2 laptops, but 1 of each is specifically allowed under the Office 2007 EULA.
You will need the CD media and the product key that matches the version of Office you are installing. This means Office Pro needs a Office Pro key(Home/Home or SMB/SMB) to activate correctly. You do not need the key to install it, but you will to activate it after 30 days.
