Someone want to explain why Vermont, commonly known to have some of the least restrictive gun laws, has the lowest percentage (# per 100k) of violent crime. While DC, historically very tight gun laws appears to have double the rate of any other area?
Id love for that someone be a politician. Not going to hold my breath.
Politics. Touchy, Feeley, Emotion Driven Politics.
We read them. The media reads them. The politicians read them. The American sheeple do not read them.
Those are made up numbers that don't prove anything. Oh....look a mass shooting going on. Oh...nevermind, just another fast and furious gun used in another gang/drug related crime.
The facts mean nothing in this case, the American public saw something on television that sacred them and we have to do something
Statistics and facts can be told to democrats until you're blue in the face. I've seen these numbers reported over and over. Do you really think democrats care about that? About the truth?
Democrats want "to do something". Liberals react from an emotional perspective, not from a logical one. If they were logical and were grounded in reality we wouldn't be having these debates.
Simply the demographics.
