Well I brought it with me to work on Monday and here is how it stands today..

I really like this stuff (obviously). I meal prep every week and most the time eat a lot of the same thing (chicken, turkey, fish) so I rely heavily on hot sauce to choke it down. This stuff has been great on all of that! Kind of a smokey, carrot, habanero flavor with a touch of bbq. Some decent heat (close to regular tabasco for scale).
