The turkey worked out great.. for the coyotes. I'm making chili as we speak.. mmm chili.
When you don't eat food with bacon in it then the terrorists win...which has some truth to it, actually!
Are we not extremely conservative men? With Guns? That love bacon? Next time you just stick your CLP covered hand in it and take a hand full, then enjoy it, but don't let people see the happiness in your eyes!
My son and I drove 2 hrs from Windsor for the "event." We had a great time. It's always nice to meet new people in the shooting community.
A special thanks for the .50 owner who let my son shoot a few rounds. You made his day!

I'm sure there were plenty of knives out there~
I would have just made some chop sticks out of some branches off the trees. But that's just me. Sorry I missed this one!
BTW I've never seen a brisket disappear that fast before.
It sure was a cold one!! Nice meeting all of you today!!! Can't believe all the pussies who didn't show!
What -wait you guys are finished???
I'm still walkin my way up there!!![LOL]
I hate missing range time,no matter what the weather, and I wanted to meet all you characters too!! :(
See, now that's exactly what I was thinking when I read Monky's post. Well, actually the thought was "What sort of pussies would let a lack of utensils stop them from eating something made with bacon in it? Some survivalistic instincts they have."
My mom says I'm speshul.
O.K. time for me to chime in on the day's event's. My wife and I had a great time meeting new people today and can't thank Monky enough for letting us shoot the .50. Without those Ez ups and the heaters going it would of been a much more frozen day. I'm glad I brought them. Thanks Monky for the repeated reminders to TURN ON the propane valve. I swear there were gremlins that kept shutting them off. Indeed it was cold out but everybody seemed to be having a great time. As far as the little altercation at the Loaf and Jug with JM and the Angry Bob Marley look a like I would of felt real bad for him had it escalated any further. I was 15 steps behind JM and the brother had no idea I was with him nor did he have any idea how many of us were there. I was super bummed I didn't get more pictures taken and for those of you that I missed I'm sorry. I generally leave my camera on so I can grab and shoot but the cold drained my battery in a matter of hours. (I could leave that thing on for day's in my office and still have a charge)
Once we got home it was time to unload the truck and hop in the shower with the wife. She hates the cold and snow of Colorado like nobody's biz and she toughed it out today and enjoyed sending some rounds down range. Then it was off to dinner for some BBQ. So here I am working on uploading pictures from today and will have a link posted for everyone to share. Way to many to post in the thread.
The number one shot of the day has got to be this..... This image is burned into my retinas!!

Bwa haa haa !!!!!!
I didn't know any of our members were plumbers. Trouser cleavage... Not enough eye bleach.
Great pics. It's too bad I have a giant vag. Looks like you guys had a great time. When is the next one?
Who knew a 275,00 BTU propane heater would suck down a 15lb propane bottle so fast?
If one more person calles me a pussie im going to smack you with my tampon lol. I tried to make it but my car didnt do to well with slicks as tires. I had forks in my truck to from a party last year lok.
I wanted to go, but stayed up late drinking the night before. I didn't even wake up till near 11.
