Yeah, that's what I expected. We had R-33 in our attic in Colorado. The minimum standard here is R-19.

It regularly gets into the 30s at night here.

As far as what else isn't up to code, I'm really afraid to look... I sure hope the inspector doesn't get too nosy when we try to sell this place.

Back on these 16 hours days... I gotta stop working until 0100, getting up in the morning is the suck.
