Yeah, that's what I expected. We had R-33 in our attic in Colorado. The minimum standard here is R-19.
...And as I look at these standards, I keep seeing things about my brand new house that are not up to code....

Dam, this thread is back. I could've whored it up this week by staying up till 6am while sitting in a blind.
But the coldest it ever gets is low 50's practically... what else is not up to code?Yeah, that's what I expected. We had R-33 in our attic in Colorado. The minimum standard here is R-19.

It regularly gets into the 30s at night here.
As far as what else isn't up to code, I'm really afraid to look... I sure hope the inspector doesn't get too nosy when we try to sell this place.
