Uhhhh okaay... Didn't you also state the "fact" that anglos raided Columbus, NM with Pancho Villa too? lol. That I would have to see documentation on. I would wager heavy against that. Pancho did have American videographers and photographers folow him from time to time. It was actually a pretty amazing use of technology considering the time.

No thank you! I had seriously kicked around the idea of BP, but you have to spend 2 years on the border to start. I was already in beautiful Teller county, my girl would not move back to the border, and I was comfortably employed. I also didn't like the way that some in BP were used as as political footballs, and thought that the agents should have been supported better. That was clincher. That, and I was approaching the age cutoff.

Please do your own research into it.. Try Colonel Slocum's writing on the event, and another American general name Scott. I cannot think of his full name at this point. I ll forward you the link if I find the online version. I also believe you assumed all "anglos" who followed Villa were Americans, which is not true.

I don't know why you are stubbornly denying all the facts that are being presented by fellow members. I hope you are an exception to the patriots who nobly volunteer their asset and time. Joining the BP would have been real good for you. To see many different backgrounds serve as one nation might open your eyes.

Someone mentioned mexican food earlier. Does anyone know a good mexican/texmex place in the front range? Its damnably difficult to find good either here, esp when I am used to (literally) having a fantastic taco stand just down the block from me (go Dallas, aka El Dallaso.)

So far I've got as good places: Haciendas Colorado (best so far) in the Tech Center, Jose Muldoons in the Springs and Three Margaritas in Castle Rock. Anyone know any others?

Man, I ate at haciendas colorado yesterday.

If mexicans taking over Colorado means more restaurants like that, I'm all for it.

Crispy, wafer-thin chips, delicious salsa, fajitas to die for. All hail our new delicious mexican food overlords!
