Even for the $99/yr, it is absolutely worth it for some people. We use it for free movies and music all the time, as well as the free 2-day shipping. It's really nice to get free 2 day shipping on that one little $5 widget that you need to replace and can't find at the hardware store. If you're like me, you'll just save the trip to the hardware store and order it from amazon first. Save time and gas money and get it 2 days later. I had two identical 1Tb hard drives, and one was for backups. I don't see the point in creating multiple partitions on the same disk drive, at least for a gaming rig.
