I did pork brisket, and some fried chicken yesterday, getting some pork ribs ready for today.
Not grilling. Going for a hike again with the family. Went to Castlewood State Park yesterday and did a few mile loop with everyone. Heading down to Manitou Springs today.
Going to try a tri-tip in the smoker.
