So he is taking your picture. Legal act in public areas. Should thank him for documenting that there are real people signing the petitions.
He is only attempting to provoke a situation they can spin to their advantage. Even telling him he's #1 ends up a "look at the kind of people we're up against". Best thing you can possibly do is make your own (larger) "Sign the recall" sign and stand next to him. Beyond that, ignore him.
I didn't pay much attention to the photo at first. I saw the skinny legs and the girly stance and thought it was a chick.....Well, I guess there really isn't a difference.

It appears they are on either CDOT or Westminster right of way.

So handing out printed photos of the photographers, TO the photographers, taken through a scope lens (no rifle attached for picture) would not be advised? Perhaps to say, "Is that the best you've got when it comes to intimidation?"Quote:
