That one has tight tolerance on the rear take down pin hole. [Coffee] I liked it because it doesn't rattle and fit real tight.

I also got a Noveske "Chainsaw" lower that was 'blemished". I got to look at a half dozen of them, some had pinpricks in the finish or this spots or just a slight discoloration. I got one that looked perfect.
Unless you can inspect a lot for the pick of the litter, you have no guarantees but I wouldn't expect one that looked worn or abused.
Blemished lowers sit, unfinished in my closet just as well as regular lowers.
Bought some Anderson blem lowers, really have to look hard to find the "blemish." Price cant be beat......go for it.
