    That one has tight tolerance on the rear take down pin hole. I liked it because it doesn't rattle and fit real tight.

    I purchased a PSA blem lower and I could not find a comestic blem anywhere. I did find that it is EXTREMELY tight on 4 different uppers though and that may be the blem. It takes some tools to drive the take down pins out all the way.

    I like that all of my PSA blems are so tight fitting.

    Yes. Blem, and non blem all fit pretty tight with every upper I have.

    I also got a Noveske "Chainsaw" lower that was 'blemished". I got to look at a half dozen of them, some had pinpricks in the finish or this spots or just a slight discoloration. I got one that looked perfect.

    Unless you can inspect a lot for the pick of the litter, you have no guarantees but I wouldn't expect one that looked worn or abused.

    Blemished lowers sit, unfinished in my closet just as well as regular lowers.

    I had one PSA lower that I damn near had to hammer in a pin.

    Bought some Anderson blem lowers, really have to look hard to find the "blemish." Price cant be beat......go for it.
