12 pound turkey on the smoker right now. Just 3 of us so I get turkey sammiches for the rest of the week.

Rib eye on the grill with salad, fresh green beans and baked tater, if the weather holds. Just the wife and I this year.

Now that it's Easter and lent is over I can go back on the forum!!!

It's not on the menu, but they have a 32 oz. ribeye available. It's pretty damn delicious.

I'd go broke buying that...but what a way to go.

I'm putting a rib roast on the rotisserie, steaming some broccolini, and roasting some Colorado Gold potatoes.

Went last week to buy a brisket for the smoker. Had sticker shock! Whole briskets are $40-45!! I don't normally buy red meat, so I hadn't noticed that price had increased by double since last year.
Went to the pork section and got ribs instead. Price is pretty close to what I paid last year.

Ended up doing 4 slabs of St Louis style ribs on Thursday and still eating them! Yum!
