So the take away is that being full of crap hurts and being full of old crap can be dangerous.
Got it! Thanks.
Sorry you had to go through the pain and hope you never have to deal with this again. [Beer]

Never heard of it. Just read about it. Daammmnn, that sounds painful.
Best recovery, Sparky!
At my last colonoscopy the doctor said I had started to develop this condition and said if I watched what I eat and stay away from nuts and seed foods I would probably never know I have it. It has been just about two years ago and I will get another colonoscopy next summer. Since my father had bladder cancer, my uncle died from colon cancer and my brother had colon cancer and they did a colon resection when he had a colostomy bag for two years before they reconnected him, I get checked out every three years. So far no cancerous polyps and I intend to keep it that way.
Any of you guys and gals approaching 50 years old and anyone older should get a colonoscopy as soon as you can arrange it. It doesn't take long and it is painless, the worst part is the laxative prep which can be amusing for some members of the family.
I watched that tear one of my uncles up and he was one tough motherf***er. Get better, Neal.
Things haven't been going well with this. Round of antibiotics and it comes right back. Seeing a surgeon on the 14th.
That sucks. I hope the surgeon solves it for good.
Prayers outbound for you Sparky.
