Looks like AAC is going to replace everything but the tube. Their communication and speediness was top notch.
I exchanged a few emails with the tech, his concern was ammo I've been using. It looks like the fixed barrel spacer had bulged, is what he says. However if it hasn't been sub sonic, it's been UMC, Federal or Winchester bulk 115gr.

Showed up today. Have wait on a new spacer before I can shoot it. They're shipping me one free of charge, but it comes from their warehouse.
All new everything, except the tube. But they even refinished that for me. No more chips and wear!
I hope the recent chatter is true and AAC is getting back at it. At least the news on the support side continues to be mostly positive, from what I can tell.
