If you are being punished for taking leave, report that supervisor. This is against the law and the agreement with COWINS. Doesn't matter how short handed your work group is, you can not be punished for using a benefit. What agency is this?Quote:

Make any complaints and it just makes ahit worse. Retaliation and other issues. The department is correcting those items and now finally has policy in place for formal complaints.
