Anyone who thinks the dad should be charged needs to be removed from the gene pool.

You can be sure the scumbag has done it before and if given a chance would have done it again (pedophiles are pretty much never "cured"). The dad should get one of those civilian medals like someone who rescues a drowning child.

caught in the act, 100% justified. Tragedy the daughter had to endure any of that- she may need some therapy to sort it out. In the end, she needs to know there's evil in the world, and that there are people like her dad that will protect you from it.

any DA caught in the act of trying to prosecute him should get a beating, too. (but let him live as an example to other DAs)
