How many folks are buying for profit speculation as opposed to possession before any ban?

I'm staying at a hotel in Murfreesboro, TN for work. There is a fairly large gun store right next to my hotel. I was in there last Sunday, and they were pretty well stocked. Friday evening when I got off of work, their parking lot was full to capacity, including the adjacent unpaved areas and the streets. I walked over there today at noon. It's packed to capacity, there are no AR or AK mags of any kind, most of the ammo is gone, and one customer was putting a serious amount of effort into buying one of the rental guns. I spent more time walking across the street and into the shop then I did looking around.

Investment or not, more than a few of us can remember 20 rd COLT Marked AR mags bringing $75-100 EACH. About the only time anything marked COLT actually gave a good return investment:)

Yep, Glock Hi cap mags for $130, AKs for $1500-2000.. THat a week before were $150, it happened quick, and everyone said it wouldn't happen
