I'm staying at a hotel in Murfreesboro, TN for work. There is a fairly large gun store right next to my hotel. I was in there last Sunday, and they were pretty well stocked. Friday evening when I got off of work, their parking lot was full to capacity, including the adjacent unpaved areas and the streets. I walked over there today at noon. It's packed to capacity, there are no AR or AK mags of any kind, most of the ammo is gone, and one customer was putting a serious amount of effort into buying one of the rental guns. I spent more time walking across the street and into the shop then I did looking around.
    I believe it...

... I'm really looking forward to seeing some stoopid sh*t on armslist... AK's for $2000 or some sh*t, wtf over?!

Investment or not, more than a few of us can remember 20 rd COLT Marked AR mags bringing $75-100 EACH. About the only time anything marked COLT actually gave a good return investment

That's splitting hairs. It's still profit if you outpace the rate of inflation.

I would never know. I never sold anything before the tragic boating accident when I lost all my guns.
