Been here 17 years and learned more than 15 years ago to avoid that hill once it gets slick; there's always wrecks and wiped out cars blocking any traffic from moving. The commute into Boulder was to be expected. Rear wheel drive mustangs spinning out in the fast lane and AWDs going slow in the right lane...I never get it
