Awesome job. I too could stand to lose a bunch more, 322 down to 278 since March. Just watching what I eat, staying away from fried food and doughnuts. Cut way back on the beer, soon to give up the ice cream.
Ass kickin OP
Do you have a target goal number in mind? Or just go until you're "there", whatever weight that may be?
WTG. Well done sir.
another, that a boy!!! Keep up the good work!
Good job man that's a hell of a feat!
Nice job man, keep it up!
Well, good luck to you! And congrats again! I think I'd "like" to get to 175, but that may not be realistic, I'm only 5'10" but I'm pretty large-framed, always have been. Really wide shoulder to shoulder. So I may be better at 2 bills as well. As long as someday I can fit behind the steering wheel of my Willys, I'll be happy.
You guys and these weight loss threads, keep 'em up! You're getting me riled up to do something. I think my biggest problem is not drinking enough water, never been a big water drinker. Need to change that.
Great job!
Congrats!!! I found myself in the same situation, and for the last month I've been eating similar to what you have and lost 30+ pounds as well. I've found that carbs kick my a$$ too.
To quote a friend of mine: "Bacon is the perfect food - no carbs and tastes phenomenal!!!
Well done. Very impressive.
Wow!
Well done!
Wow! Great determination & discipline.
Nobody wants to be over weight. Nobody. Yet there are still a zillion of over-weight people going about their business every day. The thing that separates them from you is the fact that you have huge stones. Truly an amazing achievement.
That is awesome! Congrats [Beer]
one of my biggest NSV (non scale victories) was when I had to scoot my seat FORWARD in my truck. That was pretty exciting.
Everyone wants to do something, nobody wants to be big, you just need to find something that works for you. There are lots of options from weight watchers to low carb (what worked for me) to paleo/primal. Because for me a couple big moments were taking a defensive pistol class and realizing that i could barely get out of a kneeling position. How useful is that going to be? And the other is, is that there is no more money. There isn't going to be any money for all this medical care (that's way overpriced), so the more you can remove from causing yourself (all the common problems of being way overweight, high blood pressure, diabetes, foot problems, etc) the better chance you'll have.
Awesome and congrats!! Loosing weight as we get older is real challenge.
Great job keep up the good work!
Awesome Brian!
I am sure the Mrs is happy with her new man!
Good for you!
Congrats... something I've struggle with my whole life.
Congrats!
Congratulations man! I just started a diet myself and the progress has been great. I'm doing a juice fast and have lost nearly 17lbs in a week and a day. I started over 290lbs and am now nearing the 260's (that feels so weird to type...had to think about it for a minute lol) for the first time in as long as I can remember. I started another thread asking if anyone had done a juice diet last week and we've been discussing the topic there if you wanted to read through that one too. I think it's great that so many members here are doing something about it and I wasn't even sure anyone else was doing it but now it seems like everyone is! Kind of like when you get a new car and you start seeing them everywhere, right? We all need to stick together and keep motivating each other to keep with it.
