As long as you don't mind traffic as worse if not more so, enjoy. 4 days driving in Scottsdale traffic was enough for us, made 25 SB @ 8 in the morning look empty .

Our plan is to be about 5 miles away (no interstate driving) from my work, and on the far North end of Phoenix.

I might be good with Skull Valley, doubt my wife would be tho. No, not quite that far North, wife really likes the research she's done on Anthem, and I'm interested in New River, but I doubt I'd sell that one to her either (seeing as how she is from LA).

Just a reminder that any firearm transaction after today will cost the buyer and/or seller an additional $9. With health insurance increases, property tax increases, and home/auto rates increasing due to the population increase and inflated home values, I'm pretty confident that my raise this year isn't going to be enough to cover the increases.

I noticed outside of retirement areas, they drive like champions. My brother lived in Phoenix for a while and he said no one was afraid of speeding tickets. He got pulled over hauling butt, and was reminded that he needed to switch his plates. He had Colorado plates at the time. I'd live in AZ.
