COS is a TSA training airport.
The good is that they are usually consistent.
The bad is you will have to deal with some who are obviously not going to graduate training.

I think we're really lucky to have KCOS. It's a blue light, good parking, and minutes from town.
COS is in the top 10% for TSA I’d say, although the early morning crews are the only ones I see.
My bad. [gohome]
In all seriousness, I thought by now it was pretty much common knowledge that Jer is the proud owner of a Tesla.
Thankfully, no. I was forced to fly a few weeks ago though and, as usual, went for the opt-out of the radiation generation machine. It's like a free mini-massage from someone who doesn't want to give it as almost as much as you don't want to receive it. Win win!
That TSA bullshit is just that , bullshit. It is another way the government wants to control law abiding citizens. Have you ever gone to the Stock Show and watch a herd of sheep go round and round in circles, just because. Going through checkpoints at DIA always makes me think about that. One day there will be another upheaval of government thought and because everyone is used to the TSA BS no one will give it a second thought and away we go.
"Elon is what would happen if you took the sex appeal Stephen Hawking and combined it with the innovative genius of a non-asshole Steve Jobs along with the social skills of Rain Man." [LOL]
Haha... that's awesome! He's mostly talking about those pretensions Model X owners... we're sensible Model S owners. [LOL]
In all seriousness though, I really don't concern myself with the environmental impact. I've often told people that if it ran on the tears of clubbed baby seals I'd still drive them because of how good they are. We don't have kids so... what me worry? We own them because they're the best car (fastest, quietest, smartest & smoothest) I've ever driven and it's not even close. It cracks me up how many people are all too quick to rush to judgement of me and my political beliefs simply because I drive a Tesla. I usually get more than a few looks when I climb out of my Model S wearing a Glock t-shirt.
It suddenly occurred to me that fart spray is probably under the oz limit for carry on. There's some fun for TSA.
But don't you dare bring a sealed 8oz can of red bull.
Thanks for your service BRO! [hahhah-no]
Another thread goes down the Tesla hole...
That reminds me, let me share the love that Jesus Christ has for everyone...
:-p
I thought we were talking about TSA agents. When did Tesla come up?[gohome]
A lot of people don't know this, but Telsa is just the French TSA.
TeSlA. They just take the "e" and "l" out to make it more efficient and save the planet 2 letters at a time.
Just like the left ruins everything, T ruins every thread it's a part of.
Tesla did prove Thomas Edison wrong. Besides he lived in the Springs...
We [are] talkin' Nikola Tesla the physicist. :)
I believe Tesla is smarter than G.relativity theoretical physicist names Albert einstein in terms of experimental and application perspective.
However, einstein was probabily smarter in terms of math/calculation/theories. Throritical physicist looks most of physics in terms of equations.
Oh. Btw, einstein was under famous physicist named Max Planck in Berlin.
for us it was a little over 2 years ago. One of the easiest was of all places CA. Checked in 3 long guns (2 M-14's and a LTR) @ dia. The lady at the luggage check in, when opening them to verify they had to be tsa checked said. Oh nice, i have a SA too. She said the only bad news i have is.... We can't guarantee the case of beer might not have a few broken bottles when you land.
Then upon landing @ fresno i asked, where do i go for the items i checked in. Oh everything will be sitting in the luggage area, once they off load it.
Thanks to the Tesla thread[s] We no longer have to hear about.........................cross fit
Owning a tesla has risen them to elitist status, that now have others exercise for them.
OK...after watching the video and going down the Tesla rabbit hole...
Is it pronounced "TESS-la" or "TEZZ-la" like the hilarious dude in the video was saying it?
However you say it, the asshole TSA guy probably drives one.
He actually looked the type that might drive a old, slightly beater type van with "Free Candy" painted on the outside.
He’s just tryna protect us all from terries.

The S-hooters forum?
Either is perfectly acceptable. Early on I pronounced it Tezz-la because the head honcho Elon did. Turns out it's just because of his accent he pronounces lots of words "wrong". Since I'm 'murican I pronounce things properly: Tess-la. If anyone says you're wrong however you choose to pronounce it though they're a pretentious a-hole.
They seem to pick the least likely candidates to avoid "profiling". This results in 'reverse profiling'. My elderly parents would get selected for personal attention every time.
