Ribs in the smoker, baked beans, caprese salad with ripe tomatoes from the greenhouse...

Ham and potatoes.

The wife said she'd make a pot of ham and bean soup tomorrow! I should be able to able to eat on that for a few days.

Made 4 dozen eggs.... Egg salad!

Last minute, but the MIL bought us a new grill for easter and we did steaks, corn on the cob, and potatoes. Yum!

The Family did Taco's and stuff. Traditional Mexican food.

We did the traditional ham dinner ... nothing celebrates the end of the old covenant like some roasted pig flesh :D
