Sometimes I think I have dyslexia....On my first scan I read 'SCOTUS' as 'SCROTUM'.

I wonder if Obama thought about the way the Soviets used to do it, Holder just disappears and they airbrush (or digitally delete) his image from any existing images or video? Nah!

Eh, court orders are meaningless to them anyway. They've ignored countless orders to produce documents. They'll just lose the hard drives...oops.

I think he just wants out while Senator Reid can still control the confirmation process for his successor. If the democrats lose the Senate, it's entirely possible that there won't be a successor confirmed until 2017. Unlikely, but possible.

ETA: I think the FnF ruling is also a big part of the timing. Like maybe half and half. But Holder has been whining about wanting to quit for a while.
