Agreed. I was sitting in on the trial of that guy up in Thornton who stole a bunch of money and donated it to the church of scientology, then murdered his business partner (SWAT shut down I-25 and 84th) a few years ago. Even though that guy was a murdering piece of trash, I couldn't help but openly laugh at the antics of the prosecutor. He was trying to recreate what happened and trying to be as dramatic as possible. Between him hardly knowing which end of the gun to hold and it looking like he was auditioning for a Broadway production, it was difficult to take him seriously. Same thing for the attempted murder trial for which I was part of the jury.
