Love mine, built it years ago when DDLES was still making the lowers. I went with the colt mag as well, easier to load, and didn't like the look of the angled glock mags. Fun and economical to shoot suppressed.

I went Colt style on an RRA upper and dedicated lower, did a Form 1 a year ago or so and put a 8.5" barrel on it. I like that I can use modified UZI mags, and they were cheap and readily available when I built mine. I wanted an UZI in the future when I built mine (building now), so it made sense that way too.

I have a DDLES lower and the .40 S&W bolt from quarter circle 10, but just haven't been able to find a 16" barrel in either .40 S&W or .357 SIG. Once I find the barrel, I will have an PCC AR.

I spent some time reading up on the TNW Aero Survival Rifle. The caliber swap makes it similar to the JR Carbine, and the takedown puts the size in the same area as the Kel Tec Sub 2000.
