Forgot to address the givi guards vibrating. At cruising rpm they seem to get a harmonic vibration that is annoying. Some people claim they don't have the problem, yet a lot complain about it. I liked the price of them so I just dealt with it. I could feel it in my hands and a bit on the seat. If I framed the crash bars while cruising it was really noticeable. Highway pegs are easy. Just get a cheap pair and mount to the crash bars. A skit plate is a really good idea being that the oil filter is really exposed. Plus, you can go over a lot more with a skid plate.
