you could get a bag of cement mix and make little garden walls out of them . just use them like bricks .
Silvering is a fairly easy chemical reaction. The problem is buying the materials to do it. The solution that has the silver ion in it is pretty pricy right now. Pm me if you want more info. I can look up the stuff for you later in the week. Sigma Aldrich probably has the products in stock. This is how the ysed to make mirrors in the old days, btw. That's why they were so heavy.
Making grain alcohol... well, that will take you a week of fermentation at least and then the right type of distillery. The distillery isn't cheap to make right. Do it wrong and you light off the alcohol vapors, a kaboom you'll never forget. Use the wrong materials, and its not drinkable. Kinda have to mess around with that stuff like reloading, a hobby that takes a couple of months of messing around to get it right without blowing **** up.
I'm in the just recycle the damn things crowd.
Plant a bunch of agave plants in the back yard. Refill the bottles. PROFIT!
Go down to your local mexican restaurant, tap into the urnial drain pipe and refill them.
Pass the Stranahans please [Coffee]
I had an empty Patron bottle that I used as a planter. filled with dirt, stuck in plant stem, watered, let the plant grow. It doesnt drain though so I don't water it too much. I picked hardy plant that doesn't really require too much watering.
Back in the day it was very common for people to use upside down beer and soda bottles as lawn and plant edging. http://i884.photobucket.com/albums/a...54471_f260.jpg
