Start fixing the stuff around the house. It really helps. the most difficult part is to start...
P.S. Please let me know if I can help you with something.
W/o much snow thus far... I don't mind going target shooting again this week. What's stopping you? [Coffee]
Cash poor.
I think I'm going to sell some stuff.
Big +1. I'm also a musician so I find that when I'm down and out just practicing my axe or listening to some great music really helps me cheer up. And at this time of year, it's always great to volunteer some time at the homeless shelter or something. Helping others has always made me feel better about myself too... That sounds a little egotistical....
i just open the sliding glass door and shoot. but, thats just me.
I practice kung fu. Even though it's my daily routine, it's an unbelievably good stress reliever. Something about punches and kicks flying at your face, or pushing yourself till collapse or puke makes your problems go away, if only for a couple hours. Usually it's long enough for me to clear my head and try to find a better way to solve ______ (problem). (I'm in no way saying that I practice till I puke every day, and no, I do not have an eating disorder, lol. Usually when something is eating me up inside it has its way of getting out, and I'm [we all are] better off without those feelings.)
Then kick back a beer and RELAX.[Beer]
Due to the thermonuclear downdraft on highways the entire gravitational theory is altered-I think ? Naptime [ROFL1]
(in reference to nuke video-not paying attention this morning)
Exercise... I will get on the bicycle trainer, warm up, then crank my heart rate up to the 160 range and spin for as long as it takes for my lungs to quit hurting (gotta love endorphins). Or I'll go out to the garage and work the heavy bag with fists and feet until I'm exhausted (right now that's about 2 minutes....[LOL]).
Crack works pretty well, or punching homeless people
