Because anarchy would result if so many generations were told that SS was bone dry and there was no money left to give out.
What really fires my rocket is our laws are unilateral. They are to apply equally to all people within the boundaries of our borders and territories.
And yet they are enforced under subjection and directly in our faces as if to flaunt it.
That is the real crime.
Malfeasance of office and duties falls under "High Crimes and Misdemeanors"
As I see it there are only a few ways to rectify this nation. None of them are easy, none of them are quick fixes, and to be quite honest none of them have more than the slightest chance of succeeding.
1.Take back the youth -
As stated previously the generations that are breaching adulthood or will in the coming years are entitlement babies. I will even throw myself into this fire because I know it's true. I do not work as hard to get as much as my parents' generation did. I try, because the idea of success through tough means wasn't lost on me. However, the barrage from the other side where everything is free and and the world lives in harmony has a death grip on my generation. To right the ship and produce Americans we can be proud of again would take so much work it would be impossible to post without going into bible length detail. I'll try to give the sparknotes: invade the school system that is run by and large by the most radical leftists and marxists to change how we think, make parents realize school is not the place where 100% of knowledge comes from and to take an interest in their children's education and success. Make kids proud again, proud to work, proud to succeed, proud to take part in the political system, proud to be a part of their communities.
2.Stop recognizing the government as legitimate
This doesn't mean the same thing as talking shit about Obama's vacation schedule. I mean a popular upheaval against the government's tactics the same way that was done by them damn hippies. Starve the beast might be the best way to put it. Stop paying taxes, stop taking pensions, stop working for government entities. Don't give them anything and take no handouts. Do things that I am sure many of you do anyway, like vote, call your representatives, and be active in telling the government what they ARE going to do. When they don't, be out calling for recalls, impeachments, and voting them out of office.
3. Real revolution
I am by no means calling for one. I wouldn't partake in a revolution or any act of one now. It simply is not the time. It does have to be mentioned though because it is the end game of a rogue government and people who will not support it. No one gives you freedom or liberty, you take them and guard them.
I guess I'm saying have fun while it lasts because I don't think any of the shit stated above is ever going to happen, and even if it does those movements will be snuffed out like a match in a hurricane. [Beer] have a nice Friday everyone.
Ah yet another reason "free trade" amongst nations doesn't work. I'm sure in some cock eyed free trade clause we have to enforce such an absurd law. Funny thing those free trade agreements, we're the only ones enforcing the rules. I'm sure india doesn't give 2 poos about any of our statutes. End these insane policies and defend America.
Social Security btw is not an entitlement for those who actually pay in. Supplemental Social Security is absolute bull, it takes away from all those that payed in. If you've fallen on the safety net you should be on a welfare program that is subject to cuts, not on SS. Complete BS.[Rant1]
That's funny, gambling online sure is legal in other countries. I'm going to pen a letter.
“My question is, if SS is gone, then why are we still paying it?”
To continue the only ‘legal’ Ponzi scheme in town. Actually, SS is not gone, just the money - it continues to reliably buy votes (with that old opiate of the political class and their 'clients' - O. P. M., aka other people's money) from the Old Fart wing of the Free Shit Army.
“The Law is defined and comprised of statutes, aka the codes. What are you trying to imply?”
Only that a mere statute (at any level of government) which contravenes the Constitution is not a law; it merely has the ‘color of law’ and to enforce it is a criminal act. This is an old principle of American jurisprudence – it goes back to the early 19th century and has yet to be overturned in court. The government merely ignores it in our time…
So it ends up that Gibson's major competitor, who also stocks guitars using the same woods, through the same channels, wasn't molested by the feds.
I wonder if the fact that their CEO is a major Democratic fundraiser/donor has anything to do with it?
