i haven't read the case. my previous statement should have read

nothing like getting into girly drama and fighting over a girl you wont even speak to in a month. point being, this could have all been avoided if people acted more civilized and less like chest pounding alpha male cavemen. assuming this was a classic, flakey college type relationship.
