^^ er not agreeing on your physical stature just saying I'm in the same boat.
Just so I cna report back, I've been cooking BLTs (with about 10pieces of bacon each) everyday the past week using this method and the bacon comes out PERFECTLY cooked! Sprinkling it with a little bit of Dillo Dust gives it a little kick and seems to bring out the flavor of the bacon more (I did some taste tests).

My dad always dusted it in flour with pepper and other seasonings in the flour. Pan fried it to perfection! Usually didn't leave room for the rest of the actual breakfast. Slap some on bread with mayo :)
