I used to, then got a different phone and never set it up. After reading this thread I set up a pin.

I use several device managers that can alert, track, remote wipe, etc.
If you enter the PIN wrong on our phones 3 times, it locks, takes a selfie, e-mails it to us and GPS tracks the location.
It sends the info SMS to the other phone setup in the account, and she or I can lock it from there using the app via SMS.
Take a look at Theftie. http://www.theftie.net/feature
I have had a few false alarms with it claiming a SIM removal that needed an unlock to get access to the phone back.
I never used a password on my phone. Of course I'm not in my 20's and I'm not a dumbass either. I am in control of my phone at all times. I don't set it places or leave it unattended.
I never liked the inconvenience of having to enter a password. All of this new technology is pretty cool though. My current phone is secured. It just uses my fingerprint to unlock it.
I never used a password as well. I love the fingerprint unlock. Way to easy to keep it locked now. Learned my lesson the hard but not a bad way. I left it on a fellow teachers desk, she was a cop, me a firefighter. They posted on my Facebook page that cops are awesome and firefighters love cops, etc. Then they took about 300 pictures. Didn't realize it till I was using my iPad in class and went to pull up a picture to show the students and all the selfies showed up in my photo stream. Good laugh but taught me to lock my phone.
I use find my iPhone on all of our devices (not the macs though). The ability to remote wipe is nice. Most thieves are pretty stupid. Taking selfies with a stolen phone is about the best. I love the story of the guy who had his stolen on a train, he used find my iPhone, Google Maps, Street View, online databases for phone numbers and address's to harass the guy who stole it into returning it. He had family member names, phone numbers, pictures of their houses, cars, etc.
Why would she come back if she was already fired? Hopefully they haven't told her yet.
It'd be funny that as a punishment for theft, the person who owned the items could come to your house and take whatever they wanted. Steal my phone, I take your bedroom set so you can sleep your stealing butt on the floor.
The tree wasn't ugly until she hit it...
People are so stupid. Hope you guys get everything squared away! I was reading through this thread and then headed over to the Blaze…..
Saw this and had to share here!

"After a man’s truck was robbed in Houston, the man thought he’d lost his iPad, MacBook and $5,000 — until he checked his iCloud stream and found a series of selfies taken by the thieves."
