Say what you will about the crazy guy but without TABOR we would be screwed about now. Our taxes would make NJ look cheap.
You all are depressing. Related, they changed the way the Arapahoe county DMV works. You get a number and they base your wait on what you are there to do. Took hour and half to apply for title and get plates for a trailer. Worst system ever. But at least it was it expensive.
I am pretty excited it finally costs less than $200 to register my motorcycle now.
This is the dumbest of all consequences. Bikes produce less wear and more environmentally friendly (for the ecotards). They should be promoted.
My 1995 KLR gets 50+ MPG and weighs 400lbs dry. It cost $58 this year. Used to be under $25 before the Ritter taxes.
In Florida, they do it right. Renewals were $16 and there is no insurance requirement on bikes--of course you are stupid to not have some medical but freedom is dangerous.
I hear you. My post was meant in sarcasm. I just haven't figured out how to post the smilies from Tapatalk.
My bike is four years old and I think it was about $185 when I renewed it.
I could have put tags on my truck back in Texas for almost four years for that kind of money.
