I like SGammo and will continue to support them when prices are where they should be.
As far as JAX, never been in one and won't go in one due to their decision to remove the scary items. Their choice and the fact that they are opening a new store says all you need about the attitude towards guns for the majority.
Everytime I go to JAX it is filled with dreadlock hippies and northface wearing hipsters. Gun and ammo prices are stupid expensive. The only thing that interests me is they have a huge selection of mill surplus stuff.
Of course they do just like if they choose to withdraw the sale of scary looking items based on knee-jerk reaction in a de facto ban of our rights I have the right as a paying customer to no longer spend my money there and make their thoughts known to others who share similar desires to support those who support our rights so they can also make informed decisions on who they support. With all of the options available today why would you choose to support someone who doesn't support you? That makes no sense. It is your right to do so but know that all these debates we have are largely worthless and the actions we take in our day to day life are where the wars are won and lost. Kids and non-gun people seeing 'scary' things in their day to day life makes them more common place and less likely to see them as scary devices of murder and mess destruction if the only place they see them is in the hands of evil characters in TV shows and movies. It also makes it so that the average citizen can buy and own them as is our right. If nobody sells them then how are we free to own them if we are unable to buy them? It's not only our right but our duty to support shop owners who support our constitutionally protected rights to keep and bear arms regardless of how scary those items look.Quote:

...which you can just as easily get elsewhere or online and usually for cheaper from entities who haven't shown a willful disregard for our constitutional rights and supporting us in our fight to convince people that the guns aren't evil.Quote:

It's a de facto ban from the buyer's standpoint because if you can't buy it then how are you able to exercise your right of owning it? That's like saying 'you can still conceal a firearm, you just need a license for it' and then not granting any licenses. Again, I'm not FORCING them to do anything. It's their choice to not sell it but it's our choice to be informed buyers who don't support companies who choose to do so.Quote:

Yup, and the people who wanted the cake (or the scary black gun) are entitled to bitch and moan and encourage a boycott of that business all they want. But it would be stupid for anyone to think the government would step in and force the business to sell something they didn't want to.Quote:
