Come on... Use just a little critical thinking here... This guy was a Marine, has shot competitively for years; pistol, shotgun, and rifle, teaches shooting for competiton and tactical purposes at one of the largest and highest rated shooting academies in the world... He routinely wins major competitions, winning the USPSA Area 4 Production Division (one of biggest competitions in the USA every year) less than a month after this show was done filming.
His skill level is only in question by keyboard commandos who have nothing to do with shooting at the higher levels, and don't have a clue about shooting at that high a level. His ability to compete at stress levels equal to professional sports is tried and tested, and he wins. I've seen Mike shoot before first hand, in the real world without editing, and so have a few others on this site. None of them question his skill level or ability to compete.
So, you call him a choad and have come to the conclusion that your eight year old can shoot better than him? Based on an edited one hour TV show. Then you wonder why I spiked you like a volleyball in the thread...
Tell you what. There's a pistol match this coming Saturday at BLGC outside of Ramah, CO. There will be a couple of GM USPSA pistol shooters out there. How about you bring some gear and ammo out there and see where you stand in your view point of shooting skill levels. It will be fair, afterall the "choad" has beaten the GMs that will be there once or twice so they can't be all that good...
