I don't think car thieves do that kind of thing, then again I'm not one so I don't fully know, but my limited experience with being a victim and reading about grand theft auto I've never come across a single case where an auto theft will "case" a car so in depth before stealing it... [LOL]

Is it possible the apt complex tow truck drivers towed it? Those guys are pretty shady. They threatend to tow my vehicle cause my tag was faded.
