Massachusetss bans driving during storm

I moved here to escape the asshattery of Mass....but yet every day here becomes more like there.

I predict that in 3-4 years, it'll happen here too

those people are so fucked right now, bunch of places without power and the snow is still pounding the shit out of them

They have the police and the government to protect them.

I still want to know who understood what boston mayor menino even said, I was there for a month a few years ago and he talks like he has a mouth full of shit, you cant understand a word he says.

I've been here since 92 and braved every storm we've had. Yea, those wimpy little back to back +40" storms too, and never had any trouble getting around with any decent 4x4 truck and AT tires - chained up for the deep stuff. I was the DD for running neighbors to the Grocery Store (what little there was) and hauling my wife's Nurses friends home (unofficially).

The fuz couldn't catch me if they wanted to.

What if someone doesn't own a TV or listen to the radio? "Ignorance of the law" surely cannot be applied for a temporary measure.

These are the same people that elected Obama. They NEED to be told what to do.

What I have a problem with is this. They exempt LEO, medical, and utility workers. That's no problem there. But they exempt the media? WTF, they are not special just because they can read a damn teleprompter... heheh
