Look, I understand that it is a TV show about zombies. I decided to watch it for the same reason I read some of the zombie books. It interests me. But that does not mean that just because I suspend my disbelief for the zombies I can just say F it to the rest of the show for some measure of reality... I am not looking for 20 years of research. Perhaps just one person who has read a zombie book in the staff.
Ummm, Robert Kirkman the originator / writer of the WD comic series, was until this season, heavily involved with the tv series. You need to watch Talking dead, the after WD show.

Well I was watching Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan and when the Reliant exploded it was noisy and I thought "Well that's bullshit, you cant hear sound in space." So it was then I decided the movie wasn't realistic enough and shut it off.
