Creel ran into Gold's Gym in Cheyenne at about 6 p.m. Friday. He approached the front desk, said he had a bomb and wanted access to the cash drawer, says the Cheyenne Police Department's probable cause report.

The worker told Creel no.

So Creel went up to a male customer at the gym and punched him twice, according to the report.

The man tackled Creel and held him on the ground in a neck restraint while waiting for officers to arrive.

Probably try to rob a gun store next time.

Hopefully the one who restrained does not get charged with attempted murder after the subway Marine fiasco.

I read articles like this one and can't help but think "This guy was just trying to get himself arrested and was lucky he didn't get himself killed in the process."

A father was killed and his two teenage sons were injured after a hand grenade exploded inside their northwestern Indiana home, authorities said.

The family members were going through a grandfather’s belongings Saturday evening when they found the device, Lake County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Pam Jones said in a news release.
