Aint that the truth. When my wife and I went to the Riviera Maya for the first time we had been eating the hotels buffet most of the week. We went on a tour of Cozumel and had about an hour to kill before we had to catch the ferry back to Playa Del Carmen so we decided to go have a cold one at the Hard Rock Cafe.
I had a Bacon Cheeseburger and a bottle of Bud and I swear it was the best burger and beer I had ever tasted.

I had a HUGE slice of Borriello Bros pizza just this past Friday. Quick service and the pizza was truly exceptionally great. The location that I visited in Springs, was just off I-25 & CO24 on 8th St., which has plenty of parking. [Beer]

Cousins of mine through My Grandmother. But I wouldnt presume to say I know what the food is like as the last time I ate there it was at their old location for a meal after my Grandmothers Sisters funeral.

I found this place Saturday by accident. "New Mexican Food and Cantina". Saw it and thought WTH. Pretty good stuff, and big portions. They have a 7lb. breakfast burrito that's stupid big, made with 5lb. of potatoes, 12 eggs, 1/2 lb. of ham, etc. While I was there, some guy at the next table got one of those things, it's hard to describe how big it was. Looked like a Sunday Denver Post covered with cheese and chili. Would easily serve 6-8 normal humans. http://www.jackngrill.com/

Senior Ric's, Mississippi and Abilene in Aurora. Don't get there much since we moved out of town.

Texas Roadhouse. Anywhere.

Main Street Grill in Windsor has the best fish and chips I've ever had. I also really like Nordy's. Fantastic BBQ.

The Pumphouse in Longmont. Nothing like taking a little ride up there and enjoying a little food and beer on the patio when the weather is nice. [Beer]

Patio Pancake in Salida best breakfast in town.
