Just curious how you all vote on the judges?
I spend 3 to 4 hours going through the data on Judges up for retention. If they don't have a minimum 75% retention recomendation from those queried and 100% from the panel, I usually vote for ousting them. Beyond that (about half) you really have to dig. I ended up voting against retention on about 60% this time.
I'm allergic to that stuff...every time I get near it, I break out in cuts and bruises...Quote:
